Many at CBS should be fired & sued.

Catherine Herridge is better than most journalists but she would not give a frank answer to Rep. Dan Bishop's question. She hedged her response because she must apply to the corporate media behemoths for a new job to continue her career.

gotta love Walter Cronkrite. Going back to start of Activist liberal driven Newsie. When you go back to even the Korean War of the early 1950's. Liberal journalism was taking root and the Universities were focusing on activist driven liberal media. Then along came Vietnam, and the sway back hippy dippy students were taking over as the next Professors of Universities. And the as the old song goes, and the BEAT GOES ON.
Yes sir folks, the profession of News Reporter was being beaten with activism driven liberals. The Old Editor whom demanded "prove your story or its just Tabloid journalism" is long gone. Then the expanded universe of Cable News and the worst to come was Instant Journalism. The World Wide Webb destroyed the Paper News from participating. heck, you can have a car accident right now, and its covered instantly by any Whackjob cellphone owner. The Pulitzer Prize can be won by Zeek the Muffler Shop guy with a cell phone. 18 million LIKES on Facebook in 6 hours, if the story and video feed is good.
so listening to her is interesting. Why? Because journalism as it was KNOWN is DEAD.

She should've known that CBS would limit what she could report on before she ever took the job. I knew when she took the job that she wouldn't last long, unless she was willing to compromise her journalistic intergrity.

Might as well ask her if the sky is blue?

She's unwilling to say out loud what we all know just in case someone at one of the networks decides to maybe hire her again.
