It's possible to get 15 on Poltergeist with a ridiculous timing at 7 that involves jumping off the previous pillar and holding, causing the cube to land between the spikes and pad and jump onto the next platform.

You actually can get past 7% in reverse Polargeist (because of the block after the third spike) but it's extremely precise.
