What a fun little puzzle. I finished in 12:29, one of the first times I've finished the puzzle faster than the video did. Of course, I wasn't explaining what I did as I went along, but I'm still going to take the win! :-)

Nice puzzle. Solved it in 13:44. It is interesting watching this in 2021 and seeing Simon not using corner pencil marks :)

Wow... the way this unraveld at the end was just beautiful. So much open space yet everything falls in place exactly how it should. Amazing puzzle.

Nice a Killer Sudoku Pro. Thanks for going through the puzzle today and the extra video today.

Got into kakuro recently (you keep mentioning it and so I had to check it out). I think getting good at that has helped me get better at spotting things in killer sudoku as well, which is cool. 25 minutes, this one felt fun

Managed to bumble through this one somehow, using only minimal hints from Simon's walkthrough. Cheers m8s.

14:57 And now I'm done for the night, quitting on a high note (as I make my way through the back puzzles).

Great puzzle, nicely solved. Thank you for today's input, I enjoyed watching both videos.

You missed the 67 pair in column 2 - was a slightly nicer way of getting there than the fiddling around with the 15 cage. Unfortunately I needed that, the 17 and the 12 in the top left to get this coming out uniquely - all gave opportunities to solve to make things a little easier - but you can't win them all!

This is a fantastic puzzle. It took me forever to remove the 2-5 pair from that 7 cage in box 2, and I sat there staring for a good while unable to make any other progress without doing that. All in all, great level of difficulty for me while being extremely satisfying to solve at each turn.

Brilliant puzzle. It's like it designed to keep you challenged with enough progress to keep you interested. Took me a little less than 30 minutes with a few distractions.

This one took me forever 'cause I missed the 789 triple at the beginning. In the end I had to play some Bowman's Bingo, and eventually wound up using a hidden quadruple to break it open. Very fun challenge, although certainly would've been a lot easier if I'd noticed that sooner.

How was the 5 concluded at 16:00 ? Not that it really matters at that point in the solve, just curious if I'm missing something. Great video as always, I'm learning a lot here!

What an amazing puzzle! So many “Aha” moments.

Strangely, though, sometimes these puzzles with so little information can be easier to solve than a normal killer sudoku, as you are almost forced to look at the right places to make the next deduction.

the suffer in solving dailykillersudoku's puzzle made me solve this one in 21 minutes.

Why did the 11 box in the lower left corner have to be 1235? The box went over 4 different 3x3 squares so you could have had 1127.

So much simple logic was missed. Screaming at my phone over the miss of the simple logic.

Cage 8 could have had 5 and 6 in row 9 placed way earlier
The 7 cage in row 2 effected the 14 cage in row 3 which then effected the 10 cage in row 5. You said you could determine the order of the 10 cage. But if you eliminated the 3 from the 14 cage from box 2 since the 7 cage was already determined to be 3&4, it would finish the 2-3 pair in row 3, allowing the 10 cage in row 5 to be finished

One thing I hate in these sudoku solves is that when ever one number is put down this guy does not follow through to mark all that that number causes. The 5 in column two was hanging there open a long time and I'm once again shouting at the screen why did you abandon where the fives are when you put down a five in column one.
