I'm sure this setting is not comfortable for neither one of you ... I'm sorry I'm not talking about the core subject but I couldn't really overcome the shooting setup.

Two comfy chairs would be better than a sofa. Angle your cameras to capture the 3/4 view of their faces. Angle the chairs so they are 3/4 facing each other. They both look uncomfortable. This is a distracting detail from an important interview topic. Otherwise, great video.
