As a loner I always watch alone at 2 am .as someone who see spirit since a child .i can say one thing .i been hurt by people way more than ghost .not one spirt hurt me ..any way .these videos help me get my sleep paralysis going .I love it watching these videos during my paralysis can't move feeling like I hugged by some unseen force .hoping it happen every nite .love it.
