Don't put a RF choke right before the coax enters the end-fed balun. The outside of the coax shield acts as the second half of the antenna. A lengthy run of coax is required.
I'm willing to bet you will see a change in SWR (maybe even SWR getting worse!) as well as improved antenna efficiency if you move that coil of coax so it's coiled right before it enters the house/shack or is otherwise RF-grounded.
(You can have a little static dissipating resistor at the balun just fine, of course.)

shack -> cable in the house -> exit through wall -> RF choke -> lengthy run of coax -> end-fed balun.

If you do this and the SWR gets worse? Physically retune the antenna by adjusting the wire length. Remember: a good SWR is NOT equivalent to antenna efficiency! A 50 ohm dummy load has a 1:1 SWR and radiates jack.

Edit: Seems like you added a counterpoise! That's an even better solution!
