This is an outstanding project that features a budget-friendly, minimalist design that is both elegant and practical, while also being low on maintenance.

Why was the car ramp built on a public road? If needed, it should be constructed within the property boundaries, not encroaching on public space. It's surprising that highly educated individuals still fail to respect public property.

Very interesting as always, but this time way too fast, I had to put the speed at 0, 75 to be able to catch the multiple aspects and details of the house… Lacks a general plan too to understand the space, as well as the connexion with rooftop, that remains quite a secret. How do you block rainwater from flooding the interior, there is a step upwards, and not the opposite, under the door to the terrace ?

Amazing build and architecture. But the parts with iron, esp the outer gates have rust and doesnt look very polished in the close up shots. How can that be avoided ?

There should have been just one common gate for both car and to walk to home.
Also get rid of the steps climbing to the small gate.

I love the project, but I would like see the interior ambience during night, i felt it will get way darker during night as compared to day, with those few surface cob spot lights. Thus creating a complete different look contrasting day and night usage of the interior spaces.

I understand that natural daylight was the main focus according to the boiphilic concept, but considering night light is also very important.

With those 4K surface COB lights, which usually have a small angle of light dispersion, i personally think, it will ruin the elegency of the project during night.

This is my speculation, allthough we don't get to see it, i don't know the reality.

Please let me know your thoughts on this comment. I'm open for discussion and willing to learn.

Cons:
The ramp and weird turning step obviously.
The claustrophobic corner window table in thr ground floor bedroom.
The out of proportion huge sliding windows opening out into a blank white wall messes with my head, gives me a strange feeling.
Sliding upvc windows look cheap compared to rest of the work.
Too open feeling with the hall and huge double height space. Not cosy. Not getting the warmth.
