I see several red flags. Forks are not opened wide enough. When the stack was leaning to the right, he then reverses to the right, "unbelievable". Smart thing to do is, Once the stack started to lean, immediately aborted the mission and bring the load down. Good Forklift operators dont take risks. You only make things worse when you take risks.
