At some point the management have to look at themselves in the mirror and ask why there is always so much drama in this org. Even when they win there is drama and when they lose there is sooo much more. It's not the fans' fault that this keeps happening, the fans get riled up by the internal conflict they see in the org.

There's always some issue of either players not agreeing in major ways, or someone getting thrown under the bus or shunned by the rest of the org, which is 100% a failure of management not either resolving conflicts by deciding on those issues or just not putting players together that are likely to be in conflict.

It's a bit weird to say the scrims were not disastrous when Rekkles literally said in one of the FNC videos that they are better on stage than in scrims after going like 2/4 in the first two weeks.

I believe it's crap just from the "X wanted Upset and Hily out".
Now i don't know how it is to play with them but unless they are THE most toxic assholes on the planet (which isn't likely considering that toxic players don't have long careers) it doesn't make sense considering that FNC botlane has been their strong point for a couple of seasons.

Idk, Razork on stream said scrims were constantly doomed, I also don’t know how much of a truth is Wunder and Marek wanted the botlane out, but if I’m not wrong that played a big part on Fnatic parting ways with Upset-Hyli since topside+huma had a different view on how to play the game. So it was either keeping ur topside and Humanoid or keeping your botlane, Fnatic chose their topside

It seems none of the players avoided getting blamed in all this drama. I find it hard to believe a lot of it. Sure maybe there's a clash of styles of play but someone has to make a game plan and make players stick to it. From draft to plays in game it felt like ah whatever we'll think of something in game. And Dardo saying that there is always a plan sounds complete bs.
