TS808HW vs. 1980 TS-808 TI RC4558P Malaysia

Hey there. We have 2 Ibanez TS-808 Tube Screamer effect pedals on shoot out mode / test / comparison today.

They are the:

1. Original 1980 Ibanez TS-808 Tube Screamer Overdrive Pro with Texas Instrument RC4558P MALAYSIA chip.

2. TS-808HW Ibanez TS-808 Tube Screamer Handwired.

Do you reckon there's any difference between these pedals by the way they sound? If there is / are, would you kindly comment below with your frank opinion(s).

usually i like vintage 80’s ts808. but in this video, i like the HW version better. more solid sound, sweeter and less nasal.
