This has been very powerful to listen to. I’m an 18 year old, about to be received into the Catholic Church from Anglicanism, and I’ve been opened to the possibility that God wants me to be a priest. I would appreciate prayers. God bless you all

My son has been a priest for two years, currently age 27, ordained at 25 AND rides one of the one-wheel hover boards shown at the beginning. He was ordained just as churches were opening back here (MN) with attendance restrictions. He was sobbing through the ordination Mass and I didn't think he would make through his first Mass without sobbing. He is also so happy to be a priest.

Thanks for sharing your story. I watched this with my 4 boys. One of them said, "see mom? That's the kind of priest I want to be. "

Father David Michael, you are definitely one of these new priests who represent the fresh face of the Catholic Church. You guys are the new kids on the block! As a Roman Catholic, I’m very proud of you and of how you are bringing the Church to the next level. We pray for you and your fellow young priests to be faithful to your vocation and lives of purity, self sacrifices and devotion to God and your people till the end. God bless you all. 🙏

As a new christian coming away from atheism I can't stop thinking about Jesus. the number one thing I'm excited for is to start RCIA. My family are protestants so they don't feel comfortable with my calling to catholicism and some of my freinds have openly spat on catholicism infront of my face, so I don't want to bother them with driving me to RCIA classes. But ever since I left the faith I have felt like thier was something missing. So when I get my driver's license the frist thing I'm gonna do is go to mass, so I can be apart of something more and meet brothers and sisters in Christ, and hopefully someone special I can share my loves and interests with whist under the love of God. The number one thing I want to do is to behold the Eucharist. I only got two more mounths until I get my lisense so I can drive myself to RCIA.
I thank you Fr. David, Bishop Barron, Fr. Mike Schmitz, the guiding hand of Mary, and most of all Jesus who has touched the hole in my heart and filling it with love and hope.

Proud to be a catholic priest. The greatest gift God our heavenly Father could give to mankind. It's great to celebrate the holy Eucharist.

Father and who ever is reading this, I ask that you guys pray for me. I’ve been discerning since I was 14, I’m 17 now. I’ve been blessed to be involved in the church as an altar server of going into 3 years shortly, soon part of the adoradores nocturnos, and told myself was to me made a Knight as soon as I’m 18 from the big man lol. I’m happy for what God has been blessing me with, it’s like once you get more involved in the Church of Christ, Jesus blesses you with things to do for him. This video was really inspiring and always, God bless to All.

05/02/2022 from Sydney I am from Sydney n I have just buried a good friend Fr Peni who was instrumental in mentoring n encouraging young men to discern their vocation. He was always begging us to pray for vocation from our children. I am so impressed with yr inspiring journey to priesthood so please add our families into your prayers for vocation from our neck of the woods. I encourage everyone to pray for our priests so they can be faithful to Jesus as u mentioned Father celibacy is a big ask n the devil will target those who r doing Gods work love yr enthusiasm n trust in the Lord God bless Fr David Michael

What a beautiful history. I'm Brazilian and I'm thinking about priesthood. Your history is very very important to me because you're so young! I always think "if I gonna be a priest then I have to be more serious". Now I see that I was wrong. Thank you, Father Michael!

I'm a Roman Catholic from Ireland. Your a very enthusiastic man. I've just came across your channel. Glad I did. A lot of people in the world are lost and looking for meaning in their lives. God is our friend and father. The harvest is rich but the labourers are few. I pray for you and vocations to religious life.

My eldest daughter saw the first 2 minutes, shocked asking “isn’t he suppose to take a vow of poverty?” I answered her that religious orders take different vows.

We thank God for your “YES” to our Lord’s calling. For your generosity and modeling for our children what life can be like when we choose to follow our Lord today.

That it doesn’t mean we give up everything we have but to allow God to use our talents given for His honor and glory.

Praise be to God!

Let’s continual to pray for an increase & openness to religious vocations.

I've completed my Seminary formation and I'm awaiting my Diaconate Ordination. This is inspiring. I can relate with most of the things you said, especially the uncertainty"50/50" going to the Seminary and returning.

Fr. David Michael, may God continue to bless you in your ministry. I'm a Religious nun myself, 18 years already and the Lord continue to surprise me ... console me in times of difficulty, gives me stregth in times of struggles but never runs out to give me joy in my spirit.
