That looks good! Here in NJ we eat what we call “Italian hot dogs”. It’s a big hotdog like the one you showed but they come with potatoes, sauerkraut, bell peppers and onions topped with mustard. It’s delicious!!

My uncle made this for my cousins and I on a camping trip. It was the best hotdogs I ever had. I miss him so much and that was a great childhood memory I wont forget.

Even though I’ve lived in seattle for 15 years, I had my first Seattle dog only 3 years ago. When I’m making them at home, I love topping them off with pickled jalapeños and sriracha.

When I lived in Seattle there was a woman who had a late night stand where I had my first Seattle dog. She did ones like your video and also bacon wrapped dogs with cream cheese and caramelized onions. It was super good.

I tried one of these from a vendor in front of a Lowe’s in Auburn. My favorite way is with just grilled onions, cream cheese, brown spicy mustard and pickled jalapeños. So simple and so good
