I usually don’t comment but this is MY city, where I grew up, my 2nd home, from the 🇵🇭 . One of the best cities. Watching made me happy & sad @ the same time. Very well done. So much to do and see, and eat. Miss u Seattle!!!

I'm Seattle born and raised. I love watching people visit, I feel like it helps me re-connect and see the beauty in what has become so monotonous. <3

Your videos have taught me to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. I am not the type of person that can stop and smell the roses. I am so type A. So thank you.

As an Indigenous girly from the PNW, welcome! I am so happy watching you explore the beauty of this land. I can't believe my fav YouTuber is here! I hope you enjoyed your trip, and I recommend visiting Portland next. 🍄There is a huge, amazing bookstore called Powells, and I highly recommend it. Plus many donut shops. 🍩😊

“Go anyone but the Astros.” 😂😂
I miss summer baseball games - the atmosphere, the overly priced food, fireworks night. Glad you had a great time!!

Summer in Seattle is my favorite day of the year.

I was just in Port Angeles and Olympic National Park at the beginning of July for my honeymoon! My husband(!) and I went to Lake Crescent, the lodge, and Marymere Falls (we also climbed the Storm King trail, which is also right there!), so it is so weird/cool seeing you do a video on it so soon after seeing it in person. So happy to see you exploring the pnw, it definitely has a special place in my heart now ❤

On your next visit to Seattle, be sure to reserve a chunk of time to explore Ballard Park.
There's a bike trail from the sculpture park to the Ballard Locks that I can tell you'll dig.

So cool to see the place I live through the eyes of someone who's never been here before. It is such a beautiful part of the world! I'm grateful I grew up here. I'm so glad you got to spend time here.

the friendship bracelet culture at concerts (and apparently beyond them) now warms my heart! last fall out boy concert i went to there were people just BEGGING to give them away (chatted with a couple of people that had probably 500 between them both), so it's funny to see that this extends to all sort of genres of concerts haha

I'm so late to watching this vlog but I just wanted to say how amazing it is to see a place you lived for years through someone else's eyes (or lens in this case). I moved to Seattle literally right before the pandemic started and didn't get to explore very much outside of my own neighborhood for a while. I also started watching your videos around that time, and they really inspired me to explore Seattle and the surrounding areas to the fullest extent once things opened back up. I moved out of Washington at the end of last year and now I'm watching this video and seeing some of the places I visited or areas that I walked by every day and I want to be back there. I know it's silly but it made me kind of emotional and really miss Seattle. I may need to plan a trip soon... All that to say I really love your videos and they inspire me to be a tourist in my own cities💚

It's true. It's hard to capture the summer weather in the PNW. All we usually hear about the PNW is how rainy it is. Your footage did capture the PNW vibe. As someone else suggested, you should visit Portland also. As a native Portlander, I take pride in Powells' bookstore, the Willamette Valley wines, and its quirky and unique reputation!❤
