In mine and my carers notion we have "i don't know what to do" pages. There's serious ones about when my heart issues kick off or my pwychosis etc, but also ones for if we want to do fun things together, if i want to do something creative, ways to make up if we fall out. The silly bit is wr put the lists into online spin the wheel games, so sometimes I'll be passing out and we'll be like, playing a gameshow about it😂
