I have done business with ONGC as the sole rep of Samsung Corp in India, I did about a billion dollars worth of business with ONGC ( 4 Offshore platforms @ about $ 250 million each. Col Wahi was the chairman, I am so proud to say that we didn't pay any rishvat for the entire business. I also did a total of $ 3 Billion worth of business in India with institutions besides ONGC like SAIL, MMTC, STC, SCI, once again without rishvat.
