I asked permission to dub this February of last year, but couldn't make it in time for Lantern Rite then. I'm so excited I FINALLY get to do this comic this year :') Absolutely adore comics that showcase more of Xiao's softer side, I truly love this pair's trust in each other.

I feel like lumine’s hope is slowly being whittled down, like a file to glass. One wrong move and the whole thing could shatter. Having Xiao as someone she can call on and he will just be there might be comforting to her, considering he is the only one who actually sticks around and can reach her almost anywhere. With everyone else (especially the archons) making her literally SAVE THEIR CITYS and then doing nothing to help her find her twin, he actually kept his promise and came when she called his name. I CAME FOR FLUFF, I GOT FLUFF, I OVERANALYZED FLUFF. I AM FUFILLED.

IF ANYTHING Xiao relates to her the most. They both got left behind by a brother without a word. They tried to find their missing brother relying only on rumors, hoping its not too late. I can see why they are close ingame

What I mean is that I feel like it could be better phrased. “Being in this vulnerable state” or something along those lines sounds more fitting to me
