I just discovered this channel last week and started back practicing with this instruction.
Years ago in a massage school in which the foundation to our learning was traditional Chinese medicine, one of our courses was physical arts in which we had to choose yoga, tai chi or qigong. Qigong resonated most with me so that was my choice and I practiced daily. Eventually other things in life caused me to stray from it although there were certain exercises I would still do that had become habitual.
I had started to have chronic aches and pains in my body. Following the daily practice here for a week, those aches and pains have subsided and I definitely feel more balanced and peaceful.
I thank God for leading me back to this and thankful for this instructor.

Thank You Br Insight, i just caught the tail end so i will reload the video, my alarm went off as it is 1.12 am in Australia so took computer a little while to wake up hahaha. Qigong is very important to me as i recover from physical shut down, i aim to be able to touch the floor or be on the floor but for now i am building muscle strength & being gentle on my-self. I really appreciate your channel & your personal input, such a sweet Soul. Peace 🙏
