Palisades Fire moves dangerously close to homes in Brentwood

The Palisades Fire on Saturday morning continued to move in a northeast direction, approaching dangerously close to homes in a Brentwood neighborhood.

A huge fire coming up one side of the mountain, homes with yards full of foliage on the other side and the guy asks how serious it is.

The line of trees that are on fire moved about 50 feet or so in the first 1 minute of this video, that fire is moving FAST!

If you look at these areas on google earth or other mapping software you realize right away that the potential for ten times and much damage as has already happened is very real. Entire neighbourhoods hang in the balance of a simple change in wind direction and speed.

There's no getting control of this now until it burns itself out.
