Several Indian Nationals Duped Into Joining Russia-Ukraine War | India Today Exclusive Report

Numerous Indian men were deceived into fighting in Russia's war against Ukraine, with at least two fatalities reported. The men were promised lucrative jobs but were instead recruited into the Russian military. India's External Affairs Ministry has taken up the matter with Russia, seeking the release of the Indian nationals caught up in the scheme. The Central Bureau of Investigation has busted a human trafficking network linked to the incident.

Am an Indian migrant living in the UK. Parents/families in the Punjab/Haryana are very well aware of people paying agents for visas abroad. Sadly he is lying. No one goes to Russia without the language skills on tourist visas with below zero temperatures. Sikhs are constantly paying other Sikhs in the West for jobs. Yesterday a similar case in Italy duped by Sikhs in Europe, same in Canada/all over the world. Russian spokesperson categorically denied duping and money was the only motive. Bodies found during Iraq war illegal Sikhs again. Stop breeding like this it is shameful to tarnish India's image.
