Technical reason why this happens - when the nose wheel steering is disconnected the PTU is inhibited until both engines are turned on.
Looks like you were starting at a remote stand, so naturally there is no need to have a tug :)

I've also heard this right after take off twice now, both with easyJet - hardly heard it on my times with Air France. It always makes me smile lol

I had a similar long barking noise on a BA A320CEO (G-EUYB) firstly after push back and then we parked somewhere near the runway at LHR due to ATC restrictions, one of the unique things I love about airbus aircraft

This literally happened a few times on the ground at Delhi, Patna, and in the air after takeoff and landing. This happened on a Go First aircraft with registration “VT-WJI”

Surely I cant be the only one who doesn't just hear a dog sound but being into carpentry it's a hand saw cutting a 4x2 😂
