what is it about this track that like causes flashbacks for everyone that listens to it. the chord progression is so dreamy, the instruments work so well with each other, how those stabs sneak up and work with the pad in the buildup is amazing.then her voice, the lyrics, "remember turning on the night" what does that even mean? the thing is, it doesnt mean anything, but it means something different to everyone who hears it. i cant listen to this without remembering the summer between school and uni, a weird time full of partys when nothing mattered.its also tied with memories of a breakup i went through a year or so later.one of the best tracks of all time in my opinion
