Yeah, it's totally unbelievable that Disneyland would still be using VHS tapes in the modern digital age.  That's just crazy.

_Clearly_ what's really happening here is we're viewing an authentic video of an actual disembodied, anthropomorphic, metaphysical, translucent, intangible "soul" of a deceased human being wondering the park.  Now _that_ makes sense.  Not that bullshit, "Disneyland still using VHS security tapes in 2009" nonsense.
