there are lots of people downing the china bike, i just got mine in texas, i also own a 2019 panigale v4, 2019 R1, crf450R, 85 dr650 and now the 800mt, i can tell you this is not a cheaply built bike, its well built, handles great, has plenty of power and is smooth, im not worried about it because the proven parts are ktm..you will struggle to find non chinese parts on anything these days, the only real complaint i have is the sensitivity of the throttle down, , the lack of more maps like the xplore version, remapping will get you more gas mileage, i added an abs bypass button for offroad use, truthfully i dont like abs traction control etc etc... i got his bike for the lack of all that crap.. just more stuff to go wrong. i prefer riding my bikes, doing my own braking and traction control, its all in the wrist.. all those bells and whistles just make complacent riders, thats the main reason, i have all the nannies turned off on the v4 with the exception of front abs, it cannot be turned off, those bells and whistles are nice but a rider should learn without them, if i want wheelies in first are fun not bad a for a china bike LOL. im gonna put lots of miles on it, and if other mileage experience is an indicator of what to expect from mine, it will be lots of trouble free miles.
