I get where you are coming from, but it's obvious voters who cover their local teams are going to favor players on those teams. These players are selected to be stars versus guys who can really play. Do you want to come one on Dana Barros. Had a break out year in Philly then disappeared after an all star season. It's a bit suspect. I genuinely agree with everything you put up. MVP and All NBA are 2 different things. One focuses on wins and individual play (MVP), the other just focuses on individual play (All NBA). I think it's reasonable and factual to think Kawhi was more valuable to the Spurs than KD to OKC but not thinking he's a better player than KD in 2016
