Baked Chicken Poppers 3 Ways

=) What You’ll Need:

3 large chicken breasts, diced into 1″ chunks
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs
2 tbsp whole milk

for the teryaki:

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
2 tsp sesame seeds
for the honey mustard bbq:

1 heaped tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
for the buffalo:

1/2 cup hot sauce
1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp butter

=) How You Make It:

1) mix the spices and salt into the flour. Whisk together the milk and eggs.

2) Dunk the chicken pieces into the flour, then egg, then flour. Repeat with all the pieces. Place on a baking tray, spray liberally with oil. Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C, turning occasionally.

3) Make the individual sauces. For each, put everything in a pan and heat gently before chucking in the chicken pieces to coat.
