In today's video I address a very unique ultimatum.

If you had to choose, which would you rather have?

1. A Really GREAT Coach with Medicore Training Partners

2. A Really Mediocre Coach with AMAZING Training Partners

I loved this hypothetical question. I don't think that there is a "right" answer at all. Rather the goal of the video is to start a discussion.

In Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or whatever sport, to be honest, there are many schools/teams that have amazing coaches with mediocre training partners and vice versa.

There have been successful athletes on both sides of this situation!

But, if you have to choose between the two options, which would you choose, and why?
