Charities are warning Scotland's unpaid carers are facing an employment crossroads.
Carolynne Hunter had to give up a successful career and job as a software engineer six years ago as her daughter's care needs could no longer be met by social work.
She's finally gone back to work now part time with a charity called PAMIS, but feels more needs to be done to support carers back into work.
