There is no question that the blue nile water is very important for upstream and downstream countries but like Egypt is claiming the water 100% which leaves upstream countries like Ethiopia with nothing . The whole blue nile emanates from 40 springs & lakes in ETHIOPIA. The Egyptians have built dams, artificial lakes, even diverted the Nile to other countries like Israel(Al salam canal).
