While it not bad build, it's not really minmaxed and some mods are unnecessary.

Archon Continuity wouldn't work here, so better to use Primed Continuity to save 2 capacity (unless you don't have it)
With Arcane Energize maxed you wont need to have shards for energy, it's a waste.
Plus you don't have a protection for the endgame, since every mob could kill you in 2 shots (1 remove shield and shieldgated, 2nd will kill) or some eximus units that can hit you bypassing shields. I strongly recommend to slot Rolling Guard here instead of Capacitance.

if you replace Blind Rage with Umbral Intensify, then add in exilus slot Power Drift, Primed Flow to Augur Secrets and you would end up with 178% strength and 160% efficiency, however in my case I downgraded it to R4 Fleeting Expertise as explaining below:

His 4th ability delivering damage in rounded seconds, so if you have 5s effect duration, that mean that you get 5 pulses of damage. Your duration is 60% which is low, therefore you get only 3.6 (3.6 rounded to 3) pulses.

As for archon shards, just using it for energy is ok, but it does not improve your damage, instead you could invest in Ability Duration (red shards), in my case I up duration with them to 118% which is 7.05 (7) pulses, practically doubling your damage, but on top of that we add Violet Archon shards, you can slot it for +15% Ability Damage affected by Electricity Status (which is final multiplier, not base multiplier). And in the free slot you either add Casting Speed from Amber shard or Max Energy from Azure Shard. Optionally could slot another Violet shard for +45% Primary electricity damage + additional 15% per Crimson, Azure and Violet shard (which ends up being 45 + 5*15 = +120% electricity). While damage is nice, there are other ways to deal with enemies and having Casting speed may be preferable as you could use Rolling Guard faster if there would be trouble, for example, with Eximus units.

Brief Respite, Power Drift
R4 Fleeting Expertise, Augur Secrets, Rolling Guard, Umbral Intensify
Transient Fortitude, Primed Continuity, Archon Stretch, Overextended

Arcane Energize, Molt Augmented

2 Tauforged Crimson Archon shards for +15% Ability duration and one regular +10%
1 Tauforged Violet Archon shard for +15% Ability Damage on Electricity Status
last slot is for your choice (Casting Speed, Max Energy or +120% Electricity damage for Primary)

Also, remember that Archon shards share across all builds, so this setup of shards is more universal, as per say, having extra ability duration is useful for building his 2 or building support for augment on his 1+3, etc.

I don't think that Volt nuker is bad(He is my favorite boy, I am always farming profit taker with volt). But protea is better nuker, I can't make video about her, because my PC sucks, and if i will start to make videos, they will be terrible, but I made build on overframe, and recorded 2 videos in terrible quality as example, on ESO and steel path. So you can find it and try it yourself :D
