I have gone through my psychosis was very ill for probably 10 years until I‘ve healed. The biggest realization which brought relief from the illness was the fact that my mind produced all my fears reality and hallucinations( I realized it during the psychotic break I recently had) I’m currently tapping off my meds and I don’t find any symptoms at all. I‘m healed now and I believe in myself and my own mind 1000 times more than before. I also smoke a lot less, started exercising and I’m very aware of my own thought- patterns. Wish you all luck 🍀

I have schizophrenia but since last 5 years I have healed.i have been doing meditation since last 4 years I never skipped even 1 day and I do reading exercise for mind I journal and walk in nature .I take 8 hours of sleep and even do teaching job 😊 as well and living peaceful life .if we want we can do anything

I don't know if i had schizophrenia, or maybe some symptoms but i want to tell about my experience, maybe someone will find it helpful. Long time ago i started hearing voices in my head. Sarcastic, evil voice who was insulting me constantly. I was shocked, but didn't know what to do.Ignoring it didn't help at all. I started to speak to it with love. I told to it, I love you, im sorry you see me in such a bad way but i still love you..words like that. This lasted for some days and voices disappeared. Its now more then 10 years i don't hear any voice.

The reason why I have few relationships is that everyone hates me for being weird, and I don't like engaging in bad habits that are around me in society. I like to read, write, and do basic science. I don't want to make a bunch of children I have to give up, I don't want to drink, I don't want to do drugs. These problems bore me. And half my family will simply destroy me, so I avoid them, too.

It's been 6 years and injections and pills are still practically useless these people need help I know 3 people who suffer from schizophrenia all of which still have very very noticeable symptoms it's sad that this illness doesn't get the attention or funding it deserves the medicine for schizophrenia needs Major improvements on effectiveness

My mom has been homeless due to schizophrenia/bipolar for 23 years. Up until last year California took her in and has kept her safe thank you god. Nevada never did anything. Catch, "treat", release, repeat. It's no way to live.... I know it's too late for my mom, but I always hear about "the cure for cancer". Never about schizophrenia. 😔

My brother is suffering from it from last 15 years, hope we all get a concrete way to cure

I had schizoaffective disorder for 21 years, then I got off the medication and now I am 100% again and picking up where I left off. Schizophrenia and other conditions alike are caused mostly from external pressures, unhealthy diet and a lack of understanding about their world. And like the line in Starwars, 'be mindful of your thoughts', as it is your thoughts that construct the network inside your brain, if you fill your brain full of rubbish, and don't take the time to sort it all out, of course your brain will run like s*it. Its all repairable though, I know from experience and I am the proof.
