It’s one thing to boo the American national anthem in Canada against an American based franchise which mostly made up of Canadian players. It’s another thing entirely to boo the American national anthem against a team representing the US, full of American players. Your actions have consequences.

This game was really damn conflicting as someone who reeeaaally doesn't care for my own country right now. Like I wanted to root for the US... I love our guys, and I love US sports... but I just can't do it with this country right now, man.

Canada thought they were the Vancouver canucks, and just passed the puck around the boards and turned it over. It was maddening to watch.

Canada, Finland and Sweden all have 2 points. A Canada win in regulation ends it for Finland and Sweden and makes the final game between Sweden and USA meaningless.

7:07 a backhand glove side goal from a lefty on the right side of the ice being cut off by the defenseman was a more predictable move and just as soft to give up by Hellebuyck, I see goals like that in B level beer league ... take your knee pads off or at the very least disclose your membership with McDavid's Marks

Your math was wrong there - U.S. has 6, every other team has 2. Simple answer is Canada has to win and be equal or better to what Sweden does. The funny thing is the U.S. could tank and allow Sweden into the final and then dial it back up and win an easy championship.

The most exciting game I've seen in a long time. We saw with our own eyes how toughness plays a huge roll in a high intensity match.
NHL games are so much better than IIHL games. Fights are the most exciting part of the game, hands down. After the opening minute the whole hockey world was JACKED!!
