I think the poster that says “Dragon’s head, serpent’s tail” is supposed to mean that while Hanzo killing Genji felt good in the beginning, he grew remorseful. He says it himself during the tale of the two dragons. “In anger I killed my brother. But now, I am lost.” So essentially, his victory was an anticlimax. And now he kneels in front of a tapestry that sums that up.
