My Review of The LG G8X 4 Months Later

This video is about my final review of The LG G8X ThinQ. I have been using this device since November 2019 and I think it is one of the most useful devices I have ever purchased. Now that the LG V60 is due to release soon, I think this is an awesome pick up. One thing I forget to mention is the call quality is great with and without the case.

Great review. How often do u end up using both screens considering the size and weight with the case on? Also I would like to know if the phone as a single screen without the case beats the Samsung s10plus.

Great review. I am watching this video but I am just gearing up for the upgraded model called the LG V 60. I saw it in an At&T store last week and was sold on it. The sales person saw me looking at the G8x and next thing I know he pulls out a G8x and showed me how it worked. After we spoke for a while he hit me with a switch out and showed me a phone in his other pocket that looked just like it but 6.8 inches. I checked it out and I was done. Shut up and take my money lol. I have carried Samsung phones since the first S device but now I'm going to give LG a shot. I really like multitasking devices and this is too cool to pass up. Especially for the fact that like the G8x you do not have to carry both screens all the time even though I will because like you said it really is a phone case with a functional screen. Absolutely useful to life, no empty features. Oh yea and the shot you did with the dog watching TV was cool.

Hey would love to know the long term review of g8x. I have heard that the battery drains out pretty fast and also the dual screen hinges get loose after a month or so?
Is it worth buying in nov 2020, if it is available for 270$

My current phone has battery of 4000mA same as this one. So I have some idea about how long the battery lasts and tbh I feel with dual screen, it's too less. It's just like running 2 phones with 2000mA battery. Now you would say a single screen can be used but the thing is that dual display is msp of phone. Other than that it has mediocre cameras, LG (so doubtful updates), okayish battery, etc. So considering this pov is it still worth it?
