We do them a little differently - boil, then pan fry until they get a little brown and crispy in bacon and bacon fat with onions and top with sour cream

Yummy, pierogi is my childhood food and I miss it so bad since my nanna passed over 10 years or so 😭😭. Nothing will ever compare to the way she made them.
