Does this work in many to many relationship tables?

How would you do date differences between two tables? For instance, one table has date of incident and another has date of birth and I would like to determine how old the person was at the date of incident.

Thank you!

Hello and thanks for this video.

Could you however expand on the following : what if there is NO relation, and hence no join possible, between the two tables.

For instance, your Quantity table becomes a list of people and their salary.
Your second table contains a list of percentages.
Let's say 5, 6 .... 10%
When choosing one of those six percentage values, you want to recalculate the salary with that choise.
So the question is, how do I force Power BI, in the background,
to repeat my choice of percentage over all the people.
Once that is done, I can continue with the calculation ...

How do i make things work, when my two tables are related by the dates table?
- I have 3 tables: ExpectedCost, ActualCost and Dates .
- each row of the cost tables has one specific date. There is no direct association between the tables.
- bouth cost tables are associated with the dates table.
=> I want to calculate and visualise the difference between the expected and actual cost by year.
