Yes for double cleansing - because the first time gets off a lot of the surface dirt and sweat, the second needs about half the amount as it will lather so much easier and i really massage the scalp - i can wait between washes and I've definitely noticed a difference 👍

for y’all that are curious, the treatment is the kérastase fusiodose. the tube and bottle have different colours that have different benefits and you can combine any two. the pink ones in the vid are for colour protection and shine if i’m correct <3

when i used to double cleanse before my ends felt really dry but ever since i started oiling my hair before shampoo it works clean hair every time

Guys just wanted to clarify something, everyone says that you should only put shampoo on your scalp and not on your ends because it dries them out or whatever, that is completely fake!!!

I always do double cleanse every single time I wash my hair. I use 1 penny sized amount to take out the oils etc and the second time to really just cleanse
