Project Decade, Iteration 1: Frost Mage

The Frost Mage was the first non-paladin spec I took a stab at. Honestly, I think I did really well for my first attempt, though there's room for improvement in iteration 2. As it is, there's not much that really ties the Frostfire upgrades I've added together, but maybe there could be with one minor tweak: if Frostfire Bolt were changed from upgrading Frostbolt to upgrading Flurry instead...

Of course, if frost mages disagree with me about me-doing-well-for-my-first-attempt, I'll be doing some pivoting...

General: Ideas for spells is good and all, but spells being cool in a vacuum doesn't necessarily mean the spec will feel good to play, how the various spells interact with eachother is quite important, take for example FFBlast, single attack and generates a BF, BF generation is a crucial thing for frost mages, but having an ability that has to be used to generate a single one will most likely break the flow of the rotation.
You also seem to be quite focused on Icicles when they themselves aren't really a mechanic that players should/need to worry about, frost is already very high APM and dealing with procs all over the place, giving importance to icicles wouldn't go too well and just end up making the spec feel exhausting.
FFOrb isnt a bad idea in theory, but replacing FoF with BF procs just takes away frosts niche of cleave, so it goes a bit against the specs innate toolkit.
And lastly Nullify would be too strong in pvp
