The ending of this video is perhaps the most relatable one I've seen in a while in software engineering videos haha

I was a big advocate of pure agile, until I became freelancer and the clients begin to ask for budgets and deathlines or when I have to sign some contract committing dates, feature and budgets.

I hate SCRUM!
Why?
Because in many cases the customer aka PO misuses SCRUM to press more code out of the programmers by using the old trick of feature creep.
If a project is on a fix budget you as programmer are doomed using SCRUM.
The custumer will change the targets without adding budget to the project.
Welcome to development hell.
And without a clearly defined target you will never reach the end of a project.
IMHO the only way SCRUM can work is if you work in a software company on a clearly defined product.
You can add insult to injury if you work in a highly regulated company e.g. banks. Regulatory rules do not really fit in a SCRUM world.
Second level SCRUM nightmare starts when you have multible projects with multible SCRUM Teams and POs with different priorities.
