Supreme Court Live Streaming | Supreme Court Hearing On Kolkata Rape And Murder Case

The Supreme Court, hearing the Kolkata rape-murder incident today, said the nation cannot wait for another rape for changes on the ground. The DY Chandrachud-led bench also expressed strong dissatisfaction with the West Bengal government and the authorities at the hospital over the delay in filing the FIR and other procedural lapses in handling the case.

"Medical professions have become vulnerable to violence. Due to ingrained patriarchal biases, women doctors are targeted more. As more and more women join the workforce, the nation cannot wait for another rape for things to change on the ground," CJI Chandrachud noted.

CJI or Advocate. Trying to understand or debating or dictating whatever it is, it's already all over the world.
What should it be Assuming or Proofing, the beginning sounded like a news channel. Personal Relation of two people male or female is beyond general understanding & one can only assume as per convenience. Not only WB Kolkata it's happening in many states. It should not be a blame game.
Maximum times doctors practicing in a state are not born in that state or city, they only come to settle there after 40's, imagine what havoc they have done till then.
So Even doctors need to understand that general people now have the knowledge that maximum doctors are a product of money & time, average PG age from 27 has become 32.
Increase in crime and more heniuos once could be a result of law & order situation in the central government bloated by media misinterpreted as, if 10% walk free so can commoners.
CJI should intervene and term all road (how common r they % wise) accidents leading to serious injuries & death as homicide accounting to attempted or murdered.

And when will the supreme court take action or the central government take action against mamta dictatorship and wilfully ignoring and inciting race based violence into the Darjeeling and kalingpong hills? Where she sent armed police killed the youth and burned down the house and hunted down the lawful elected leader. Bimal gurung, lawfully elected within the Indian constitution, what would happen if the central government sent the army to arrest mamta banarjee, because of political differences, would it be lawful and the Calcutta government and its representatives attacks the Bjp government in parliament right after election about lhadak and manipur while the Calcutta government uses the state apparatus to kill youth and chase elected leaders because they want a separate state of Darjeeling and kalingpong ? The hypocrisy of the Indian union and the supreme court to the political apparatus seems to be hinged on race instead of recognising there are people of all different ethinicies that live in Indian from the adavasi to the Dravidian to the bhramos of the northeast make up the Indian union !!!
The Indian constitutions is a joke were law. And rule based demands and politics are ignored and elected leaders are hunted down by armed police when will Indian ever rise as a united people when even lawfully elected leaders are hunted down??? On one pretex or another ?? It is time for the center and the Supreme Court to uphold the law and the constitution!!!

सरन्यायाधीश धनंजय चंद्रचूड साहेब जी तथा सहाय्यक जस्टीस साहेब जी, इस मामलें के सभी आरोपीयों को जल्दसे जल्द फांसी ही परफेक्ट सजा है ना कि आजीवन कारावास क्यों कि लेडी डाॅ. इस दुनिया में रही ही नहीं तो आरोपी कैसे रह सकते हैं ? किस अधिकारसे ? अधिकार ही नहीं है! अपराध भी ऐसे किए है के अन्य देशों में छी थू हो रही होगी इसमे कोई संदेह नहीं है! अस्पताल के शवगारों में भी मरे हुए शवोंपर रेप किए जाते है ? शव बेचे जाते है ? क्या क्या नहीं किया जा रहा था ( जा रहा हैं ? ) भारत देश के बहुतसे पदस्थ भारत देश को जगद्गुरु कहलवा लेने कि बाते कर रहें हैं जब कि ब्रिटीशों को हसते नाम रखते भारत देश में देश कि नाक ही काट रहें हैं कुकर्मोंसे ! यह सारे आरोपीयों कि मौजूदगी सामान्य नागरिक चाहते ही नहीं ! पूरा देश हिला डाला है खूद के मास्टर माइंडर समझते बल्की यह तो थर्ड्क्लाससे थर्ड्क्लास माइंडर हैं ! यह मानव समाज के लिए डेंजरस सिद्ध हुए है ! आजीवन कारावास तो बेल के लिए भी जाना जाता हैं जो इन आरोपीयोंपर पलभर के लिए भी विश्वास कर नहीं सकते यह तो वासनिक विकृत मानसिकता के जबरदस्त खलनायक हैं और कोई भी वकील गर कहें के सभी अपराधीयों को बचाना कानून सिस्टम में लिखा हैं तो भी संविधान में ही लिखा है के समयोचित बदलाव संविधान में किया जा सकता है ! जिस वर्ष संविधान लिखा गया तभी और अभी के अपराधिक सिस्टम्स में बहुत ही अंतर है जो अक्षम्य हैं इसलिए जल्दसे जल्द फांसी देना राष्ट्रहित हैं ! धन्यवाद
