This is a message from the heart to all those that are going through a struggle of some sort and are reaching out for help.

So many times we are lost for words on how to respond to someone going through a hardship and we don't know what to say or how to act. We can offer as many words of support as possible to make them feel better, but the truth is just being there is what matters the most.

Me as a 17 years old Muslim had depressions for years.
This kind of video explains the situation of someone who suffers from this disorder very well. And the other side which was shown by the practicing muslim says how to survive the hard time based on quotes of the quran. Best Video I've ever seen
