This was the first game I ever saw in HD, over my own HDMI and I remember just being absolutely blown away by it.

My dream is that one day, this game will receive a remake that would make the whole game look like this cutscene. With a updated action combat system. And a more explorable semi-open world. This game was so beautiful and memorable that I believe it deserves another chance to truly sit among the top, as one of the best Final Fantasy games of the series. Dear lord let it happen.

When I first saw this game when it launched as a kid, it made me so flabbergasted at how this look so "real"

This was my very first final fantasy game. I know FF13 is a divisive entry for many fans, and I understand why, but I absolutely fell in love with this soundtrack after this opening cutscene and hearing the menu theme for the first time. Beautiful

The Final Fantasy XIII Trilogy had some of the best music to nicely done don't listen to anyone else who criticizes game they didn't want to sit down and actually play the game it's called a d d disorder

I bought this game years ago after first hearing about in a video about FF and this game was said to be bad. Maybe it was because the images I was seeing seemed too good to be that bad of a game or something, but I wanted to give it a chance as my first ever FF. To this day, it's still the only one I played (for now) and after much hassle in being able to play my 360 again, I got to return to it. I'm still nowhere near down but, beside some flawed mechanics and occasional grind, I'm glad I can return to it now that I've grown as a gamer and a person. Sure, the game isn't the most fun I've played but the fact that I kept going "I'll find a save and then stop. There, saved... I wanna see what happens right after that.", that's gotta mean something, right? ( ;

Square has been so scared to return to 13, like it’s the only mainline that hasn’t been ported and that says alot. One day I hope this gets a remake and is treated with proper care towards the combat, so it won’t be so hated anymore
