Can you give me a hand.

I have ITC Franklin Gothic BookCd installed and in paint for some reason every time I try to type with it it looks like a different kind of Franklin font. It was working fine up until a few weeks ago. When I type with it in open office the font works perfectly fine, but if I copy and paste it into paint it goes back to the other Franklin font even though it is listed as ITC Franklin Gothic BookCd.

When I do the reverse and copy the font from paint into open office, even though it is listed as ITC Franklin Gothic BookCd in paint, when it gets pasted in open office it says Segoe UI and looks like the wrong Franklin font again.

I've installed and reinstalled a bunch of times and even uninstalled the paint app but nothing is working.
