Crab x 10 & Crab Walk x 20m & Bear Crawl x 20m & Bear Crawl Kicks x 10
2 Rounds of:
Double Leg Hops x 20 & Lateral Single Leg Hops x 20
2 Rounds of:
Bulgarian Lunges x 5+5 (for each leg)
Cross
ab routine x 3 sets for each exercise
rest 1 minute between each round of the whole workout
