You shouldn't have to vote for democrats just because you are in the entertainment industry. Voting for a party or candidate because of peer pressure to fit in is not what Democracy is about.

I don’t understand where the idea comes from that you need to agree with every policy. That will never happen unless you yourself stand up and form your own party, and even then, you will need compromise.

It is great to vote small. Absolutely. But unfortunately, in this case, if you don’t vote big, you may well lose the ability to vote small and have any influence. Yes, disagree and speak out for change. Yes, put pressure on the Democratic Party to do better. But they need to be in the position to actually respond to change first, and not fall at the first hurdle, which is getting elected in the first place.

But respectfully, expressing this sentiment at a time when you could feasibly influence younger folks especially not to vote is not the right time or place. Expressing ‘both sides’ without any nuance for the fact that one side is literally religious fascism - not the time or place. Comparing the issues with both sides in any kind of way in 2024 is quite frankly absurd.

If you have a platform, if you are important for so many queer people, it’s not just about you anymore. Be responsible - or don’t have a platform. That’s your choice.

She needs a good publicist and proper media training. While she may believe she's communicating things fairly and effectively, she's not. It's understandable, as she's relatively new to fame, and her inexperience is showing. She needs some guidance ASAP as the toxicity of the dark side of fame may lead her to a mental breakdown.

I’m glad that she’s not endorsing anyone but I get transfers to our big thing but there’s other issues that you can also look at like the border crisis or inflation that can affect multiple states but so I’m glad that she actually wanted the sensible ones that doesn’t want to endorse anyone
