As a person who has struggled with carbs I realize that a low-carb diet is more realistic at least for me than a no carb diet. Some days I'll have a bowl of pasta and I don't feel guilty about it because I'm doing low carb not no carb just some food for thought

Cranberry juice any flavor
Pineapple juice
Apple cider
Prune juice
Kombucha any flavor
Apple juice
Pomegranate juice
Water
Grape juice
Smoothies
Watermelon juice

Fruits
Watermelon
Mangos

Strawberries

I have diabetes, I have insulin resistance and I still eat a normal diet, pasta is just not a part of a regular and healthy diet, it's quite literally junk food!

That’s not pasta though? It’s a northwestern Chinese style of noodle called 油泼面, or oil pour noodles. They’re also known as biang biang noodles. You can literally see the words and characters on the bowl.
