Hi David,

Hoping you can shed some light on this (as the internet doesn’t seem to have the answer!)

A long time user of the iSpindel, but have now purchased a relay.

I cannot for the life of me seem to get Brewfather to see/receive any data from the relay. Obviously have followed all the instructions to the letter, to no avail.

Am I being stupid here? Seems so straightforward in terms of the config settings within the relay.

Hi David, that looks like a great product. A question out of left field…do you know if will integrate with a Hydrom as the Ispindle and Hydrom are very similar. It would be good if it did.

This a great video introducing something that I think would be very useful fro me. Did you have an iSpindel in your stainless steel fermenter that was talking to the iSpindel WiFi Relay? If so, it looks just what I need because my new iSpindel (which I intend to replace my Tilt with) struggles to reach the router. I've seen lots of your videos and made some great purchases based on them. I can see that unlike me you are a serious and accomplished brewer who uses ingredients and recipes and I just like to brew from a number of favourite malt extract beer kits and just vary the fermentables and dry hops. Please could I ask you a question about software, you seem to favour Brew Father but for my needs I am happy with the equivalent of the Tilt software that just logs temperature and specific gravity from the hydrometer. Other than Ubidots do you know of any simple software or app that logs that information from an iSpindel, i.e. I do not need any of the recipe functionality etc.?
