How To Build Your Own iSpindel - DIY Digital Home Brew Hydrometer - Build Your Own TILT! [4K]

The iSpindel is a digital hydrometer that lets you wirelessly see your home brew fermentation temperature and specific gravity. With built in WiFi, the iSpindel can connect to apps such as BrewFather to graph the progress of your ferment and be accessed anywhere in the world! The iSpindel can also be used to tie in with other hardware such as BrewPi / BrewPiLess in order to build fully automated fermentation temperature controllers.

Something I saw you do that wasn’t mentioned you were using a pot scrubber to clean your soldering tip not a wet sponge. Good man.
Too many people still use a wet sponge and thermoshock their solder tip.
It’s worth a mention 😉

Very nice, but in this build with a PCB board ( i have the chery phillips 4.0) its not necessary to remove the diode of the wemos d1?

awesome video! i have 3 at home that i just built but i cant seem to get them flashed?? when i connect it to the pc i just get an error in my flash software "com port not connected". any suggestions???
