Diablo 4 Dark Citadel Raid Guide - Best Mount in the Game!

I'm Raxxanterax and I make Build Guides, Leveling Guides, Tier Lists and More for Diablo 4, Last Epoch, Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2. The Dark Citradel is the first raid introduced to Diablo 4 during the Vessel of Hatred Expansion. It requires 2-4 players in your party to begin and provides a formidable challenge for those who are unaware of what lies ahead. I wish they had a crazy rare cosmetic drop to chase like the Cosmic Wings from Diablo 3. Took me years of rainbow goblin farming to get them and it was the single biggest dopamine hit I’ve ever had when I finally got them.

One question, are the raid cosmetics class specific or non class specific? Do I need to level up 6 classes to get all of the cosmetics or is the cosmetic sharable across different classes? Thanks

After having played WoW for the past year, I just cannot for the life of me get into D4... it is immediate pain to my eyes and brain, feels like I'm using straws for glasses 😅

I'll look into this but there is NO chance I'm ever doing voice chat with randoms, that's the biggest hell no imaginable lmao. Seems cool and i've heard good things but honestly I'm not into multiplayer in this game outside of the world boss kinds of things.

My biggest concern about the raids is having unique rewards locked behind skill gated content. I get that people of all skill levels play this game and I fully support having content of varying difficulty to appeal to a wider audience. I don't care if doing lower end content means it takes me longer to earn the rewards, just as long as I still have access to those rewards. But I fear that raids might be way out of my skill level and I hate the idea of not being able to earn those awesome cosmetic sets.

I really wish the Raid was more then 4 people, wanted to raid with a true Raid Party not just a party. Could we get groups of 6 or 8 for this ?

Is the mount at 5:00 the "Reins of the Longfur Beast"? if yes, then we have only one month (October 8—November 8) to get it. Which in my opinion is not great, I would have preferred at least 1-2 weeks to have a chance to reach Torment 4 difficulty and make sure I have an endgame build working as best as I can before going for time-limited rewards like this. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I would honestly love to be wrong as I would like to at least have a try at getting that mount myself, but I'm taking the one month time-limit straight from the Blizzard News site.
