I’m working to be on my university’s track and field team 🫣 mind you I’ve never trained as a runner before 😂😂 but I’ve been doing weight training, cardio, and Pilates so I’ll update you next year 😂😂😂

i will be open right now. I struggle with body image. I play floorball for almost 10 years- i move everyday, i go to the gym and have practices but i still hate my body. I do indeed have a physique but i feel fat. I am trying to be in calorie deficit to lose fat. I want to be more toned. Does anyone have any recommendations to not have cravings and snack a lot? Thats my biggest problem cause I genuinely eat healthy 😓😓😓
