seeing you start to cry made me cry 😭 I definitely understand how you feel. I don’t have PCOS but i’ve dealt with hormonal acne starting since I was a teenager and I’m now 23. I get cystic acne and there are days where my skin gets such bad breakouts it heavily affects my confidence. Especially with the scars that get left as well. it’s even harder when you feel you’ve been making progress and then you get a bad flare up. It can be really tough when all you see is negative and flaws but at the end of the day you are absolutely beautiful and gorgeous and have a beautiful soul through and through! I believe you will make it through this, and get through even the toughest days 🩵

I've been following you for so long and I really just wanna give you a hug! I struggled with hormonal cystic acne throughout high school and it takes a toll on your mental health in a way people who haven't experienced it can't seem to understand. I applaud you for being so honest and truthful about the state of your skin and how it's affected you because it's so hard to go outside feeling badly about your skin, never mind post it to thousands of people! <3
